Decentralising Peer Knowledge and Expertise
Weaver Networks Ltd’s initial project is the platform, Weaverly, which will share support knowledge via peer-to-peer connections. Weaverly will engage customer support engineers (CSE) to share their IT knowledge and skills on the platform, while retaining ownership and reward for their intellectual property. Verified skills authentication and accreditation will be offered to ensure expertise. Rewards in the form of KudoFuel will be offered for sharing their content, and will be equitable for the engineers and fair for the users.
Supporting the wider democratisation of knowledge, Weaver Networks will develop the marketplace to enable the exchange of a variety of IT and customer service skills and knowledge with their community, through peer agreements.
