# Evos Community Reward System

By allowing the rating of various service parameters such as kindness, promptness, knowledge etc. it helps the community to build a culture that suits them and a safe environment.

This social data, rather then economic, highlights the wider value of contributions to the community, to the platform and to each other, than the KudoFuel system.

Platform users, both hosts and engineers, will leave feedback and ratings for each other after a transaction is completed. This peer feedback will be used to calculate a reputation score for all users and will be publicly available.

Evos will be calculated as a weighted average using multi-vector analysis, with more recent feedback carrying more weight. Credit limits will be influenced by the Evos system, amongst other platform permissions, to encourage participants to take an active role in building a positive, productive, environment for all peers using the platform.

As with Kudofuel,[ Trusted Peers](https://weavernetworks.gitbook.io/weaverly/weaverly-whitepaper/context-and-strategy/kudofuel#kudofuel-and-trusted-peers) will be given governance permissions for the Evos system, helping to decide parameter weighting and benefits for everyone.

Weaverly users will have the power to decide what culture they want to participate in and nuture.
