# Peer Reputation

[Weaverly](https://weavernetworks.gitbook.io/weaverly/weaverly-whitepaper/weaverly) is designed to enhance the well-being of the communities we work with, live in and support. We will do this by introducing the[ Evos Community Reward system](https://weavernetworks.gitbook.io/weaverly/evos-a-community-reward-system) of peer reviews, certifications, feedback loops and verifiable[ smart contracts](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_contract).

We will prevent manipulation and division by sustaining trust between users. We will be transparent about our reputation algorithms and encourage the community to participate in their implementation.

We will have clear ways to report harmful or illegal behaviour and have a zero-tolerance policy. We won't track individual users. All[ Library](https://weavernetworks.gitbook.io/weaverly/weaverly-whitepaper/context-and-strategy/decentralised-peer-community-library) submissions,[ KudoFuel](https://weavernetworks.gitbook.io/weaverly/kudofuel-a-mutual-credit-currency-for-a-fair-and-equal-payment-system) transactions and governance decisions will be traceable through DID if required. Smart contract co-signing, and occasionally witnessing, will be required to authorise the transfer and receipt of KudoFuel.
