Weaverly Alpha
During our alpha stage we will provide the following platform elements:
Real-time Support: A support-as-a-service platform available through Weaverly for Web 3.0 Clients
Library: A collection of instructional documents and videos for Web 3.0 users. The library will be created by Community Support Engineers and will have a transparent rating, recognition and payment system.
Certification: Support engineers will be vetted and certified based on their capabilities.
Triage: Support requests will be assigned to the most appropriate Customer Support Engineer based on their availability, capabilities, and reputation.
